Hmm I wanna watch some Christmas movies soon..

Just saw Freedom Writers on friday night. I liked it. It wasn't AMAZING but it was very touching and well done. And its a true story, so it was also quite inspiring.

Wallace & Gromit. The Curse of the Were-Rabbit

I think I watched 2 quite similar movies today. Both are about small villages where something scary is going on, both are British, both are parodies...

No Country For Old Men
Very well done. The only thing I didnt like was how loud the gun shots were. Nearly gave me a heart attack when ever it was quiet and there was a shot outta no where!

Big Fish
One of the two movies that can actually make me cry. Definately my favorite of Tim Burton!

OMG!!! Ewan McGregor is love in that movie

I think that was the first Tim Burton Film I'd ever seen.

Well actually no... I had seen Peewee's Adventure (or whatever its called) and Nightmare before Christmas when I was really little, but I didn't actually remember them.

Was it good or should I say bad? I saw the MST movie Girl With The Gold Boots.

Big Fish always makes me cry.

It was bad/good. The movie itself was horrible, but Mike and the bots were pretty funny. Girl with The Gold Boots in one of my faves.

I think one of the dancers in Gold Boots had hair like Amy Winehouse. She was yelling "I had a pretty mind!"

HAHAHAHA! I forgot about that, you're right. I love that movie, I need to rewatch it. My kids and I are going to watch the MST3K version of Santa Claus Conquers the Martians soon. We love that one.

The Professionals, a 1966 western with Lee Marvin, Burt Lancaster and Claudia Cardinale.
Very good, very different from the typical "cowboys against indians"!
