I love cheese tortellini. Unfortunately, wifey isn't fond of pasta so I don't get it as much as I would like. Maybe once a year.

Oh God, where do I begin?
A Mai Tai, two Buffalo wings, celery sticks with Buffalo sauce and Ranch dressing, salmon with miso sauce, some sticky white rice, sauteed vegetables with soy sauce, a big bite of my boyfriend's mashed potatoes, and a glass of Chardonnay.
(Yes, I had dinner at the Elephant Bar...and no, I'm not hungry anymore! )

Normally at night, around 9:30, I usually make 2 sandwiches. Peanut butter and ready-made vanilla cake frosting. Not tonight though. I decided to make a quick hamburger. I fried the burger and at the last minute, I decided to add a slice of cheese. Wifey bought this "cholesterol free" cheese as it was on sale. $1.49 for 12 slices. YUCK. That has to be, without a doubt, the grossest tasting stuff I've ever had the misfortune of putting in my cake-hole (other than some of wifey's cooking experiments).
Don't get me wrong, wifey is a good cook but she's a better baker than she is a cook. When we first met, her idea of chili was, are you ready?
* 1 can tomatoe soup
*1 can kidney beans
*1 Lb. hamburg
*1 onion
Fry hamburg, dump rest of ingredients, cook for 1/2 hour and serve.
After 29 + years of living with a cook, she is a lot better in the kitchen now.
