I'm inclined to agree with Pinky's choices. altho' there are days that I put Gone Troppo ahead of Brainwashed.
ATMP is def. my #1 fave. It took me a long time to get into that one, mainly because I was such the Beatles/Paul fan that I rarely listened to the others' solo efforts.

Hard to pick a favorite solo George album, but "Brainwashed" is really awesome, quite underrated. The only one I haven't heard all the way through is "Extra Texture."

I think all of George's albums are worthwhile, which I can't honestly say for any of the other solo Beatles. My full ranking of his studio albums:
1. All Things Must Pass
2. George Harrison (criminally underrated)
3. Brainwashed
4. Cloud 9 (really a tie with Brainwashed)
5. 33 1/3
6. Living in the Material World
7. Dark Horse
8. Gone Troppo
9. Somewhere in England
10. Extra Texture (Read All About It)

I am assuming that this is a joke. Sorry not to tick the boxes correctly.
For those who need the boxes done right - 'favourite' is Cloud Nine and 'least favourite' is Extra Textra.
As I read what everyone else has done here I see they are also putting the second choices - so I will also.
My second 'favourite' is Brainwashed
my second 'least favourite' is Living in the Material World.

I'd actually rather listen to Electronic Sounds than Dark Horse (OK, maybe just Wonderwall Music).

LOL actually no it wasn't a joke. I kinda of assumed it was the other way around but I have a tendency to second guess myself. So I was surprised if that was the case, thus the reason I asked. Thanks for clarifying, sorry to be a total dunce there. I've been quite surprised personally by the way most people here seem to feel about Living In The Material World so I didn't want to assume I knew what you meant. lol
And for whoever commented that the album George Harrison is criminally underrated, I am inclined to agree.

Favorite: I really love Beware of Abkco, and Brainwashed is a close second.
Honestly, I can't pick a least favorite. I love George's music.

My favorites, in order: George Harrison (you can tell he was very happy while making this album), ATMP & Brainwashed.
Least favorites: Somewhere In England & Gone Troppo. I never heard Extra Texture but I'm told it's an acquired taste.

Well, ok, in terms of "proper" albums, then... I'd say that my least fave (and it's so hard to chose one now, with not considering ET as an "album", as they're all so very good) is.... Extra Texture. Or maybe Gone Troppo. One of those two.
And... I'll add ATMP into that list of my "Top Favorites", too. Forgot (don't know how) about that one when I made my post! So, it should join those others on my original list...
