Yeah I definitely agree with that.

Hey Jude would be my fav simply because the effect it has when performed live is amazing.

to be able to repeat na na na na over and over for an almost 8 minute song, proved that the Beatles led, and everyonefollowed,and listened,and copied, and musically worshipped.

why does Hey Jude always comes up as an ensemble-encore, in previous, and in future concerts?

Lirically, they're both two of McCartney's best works. One is inspiring, the other one's sincere. Musically, both are great, "Hey Jude" features the aforementioned 8-minute singing and the like, while "Let It Be" is a quite melodic simple piano ballad with lovely guitar effects...

I like the both of them equally...

But if I have to pick one, I'll stay with "Hey Jude".

I always see in my mind when they were on the David Frost show and they had everyone come and sing. The live version is cool too.
