I have two actually, one is that I had my eyes closed and heard someone come in the room (as we had stockings in our room) and I was young and thought it was santa! I got all scared! another memmory is me crying before I went to bed another christmas as I didn't want santa to come! another memmory is counting down the minutes until we were allowed through to open presents!
and now my favortite memories are my brother getting as excited and scared as I used to get! (he used to say santa had to leave the presents in a bag outside the front door!) haha!

1. Wrapping paper or gift bags? Wrapping paper. It's so much more fun to unwrap presents than it is to take them out of a bag.

One of the Americans to the rescue here! It's a creamy drink made from milk, heavy cream, sugar, and about 15 billion egg yolks (okay, slight exaggeration on the last ingredient). It also often has some type of booze added to it such as brandy, whisky, or amaretto and of course nutmeg grated on top. Really good, but if you have high cholesterol like me, you have to buy the fake stuff at the grocery store.

My parents never really perpetuated the myth anyway, they told me when I was REALLY little that Santa told them what to buy and they actually bought the stuff because I'd already figured out there was no way that Santa could do all that!

I know thats really insanely early, but my father owns a retail florist store, and he basically doesn't get a day off from whenever his last weekend off in November is to December 25th, and my dad is really into Christmas decorating, so we have alot of stuff, and it takes a long time and the whole family to put up. My family is weird, I know lol.

No, but we have like 10 animated Santas (including a homer simpson santa, a Bing Crosby Santa, A santa and his reeinder, and a Jazz Sax playing Santa), an Animated Drummer boy (who sings little drummer boy), a whole bunch of Nutcrackers, animated bears that play x-mas carols on a real zylophone, a marching band that plays carols on these bell things, and lots more that we didn't bother putting up this year.

Then later that year I got a really crumby gift labeled "from Santa", it was a cd with these silly songs on them that were more suited for someone a couple years younger, and I knew that SANTA would neverhave given me something so shoddy....it was a sad day.
