It eventually stopped, Lynn! But we did have heavy rains for almost a week. What's really irritating about the whole thing is the reason for backed up mains was a pure maintenance issue. Once they cleared the blockage that had caused, the water receded quickly. Of course, we can now read the high water mark on the basement walls  Still, it could be worse. No lives lost, plenty of helps from friends for the cleanup so I don't despair. Now we 'only' have to fuss with the insurance company, which to me seems the worst part of it all.

Now that I have moved out of Colorado... they are having it there,lol. I hope they realize I will travel back there  I did see that poor Misha had some trouble in Minnesota. I was wondering where his 'brothers' were at the time. Poor guy... he seemed to bounce back ok. |

I love George Harrison stories. When I read about George; listen to him; see footage of the Beatles and read Lou's book and listen to Lou, it makes me feel good everywhere.
I think Lou Harrison is SO adorable. She's such a little French girl, all right! Lou Harrison brings such a smile to my face.
