I know! The poor thing is outside all the time, even in nasty weather. At first he was mean and barked at us all the time, but one day he got out of his yard and ran up to me. I put out my hand for him to sniff it and he realized I was a nice person so now he begs me to pet him. It breaks my heart to hear him whine when I have to leave. He is starving for loves.

Yeah. I'm ususally afraid of dogs, but I felt so bad for this one. They always yell at him too.
