Re: what kind of guitar
I have a 12 string Italian made EKO acoustic guitar, and my electric guitar doesn't have a name on it, it does say Made In Japan, it has a vibrator on it (sorry that's what they're called )

* * * *Being a lefty my choices for acoustic are a bit limited but Ive found;
Ibanez L/H Perfomance acoustic 6str
Washburn L/H single cutaway acous/6
Samick R/H switched over L/h 6 string acoustic
and my pride and joy Garrison L/H 12 str.
For electric;
All switched to L/H
Fender Stratocaster 70s re-issue sunburst maple neck,Fender Strat Mex not sure on year blk w/white pick plate maple neck
Aria Pro II Strat copy all white.
Guess Im a bit of guitar hoar eh?

Re: what kind of guitar
I'm a lefty player too and I have a Fender acoustic (not sure of the specifics - I've had it for 15+ years and not played it for 10) and a Rogue violin bass.

Re: what kind of guitar
I have many, but some are to re-sell. The ones I use are:
Blue Washburn acoustic/electric 6 string
Blue Samsick electric 6 string
Tan JB Player acoustic 12 string
Black Shane electric 6 string
I mostly play the first two, since the last two were my earlier guitars. They're great, though...I love them.
When I get another guitar, I would love to either get a resonator or a bass.

<font size="2" face="Tahoma, Arial, sans-serif">Not to go off topic but in this case this is interesting:
Jimmy Page mostly used a Fender Telecaster in the studio with the right amp and effects to get his sound, and used a Les Paul (which is a more powerful guitar) to duplicate the sound live on stage.

Re: what kind of guitar
Since I don't perform for anyone, I just have a cheapy acoustic that I rarely play and a Fender Squire sunburst. It's so comfortable to play, I love it.

<font size="2" face="Tahoma, Arial, sans-serif">Oh man! Same here! That's my dream guitar. But for now I have a black and white 'Godin' electric, the closest I could get to John's for the time being.
