Re: what kind of guitar
I have a 12 string Italian made EKO acoustic guitar, and my electric guitar doesn't have a name on it, it does say Made In Japan, it has a vibrator on it (sorry that's what they're called )

Re: what kind of guitar
I'm a lefty player too and I have a Fender acoustic (not sure of the specifics - I've had it for 15+ years and not played it for 10) and a Rogue violin bass.

Re: what kind of guitar
I have many, but some are to re-sell. The ones I use are:
Blue Washburn acoustic/electric 6 string
Blue Samsick electric 6 string
Tan JB Player acoustic 12 string
Black Shane electric 6 string
I mostly play the first two, since the last two were my earlier guitars. They're great, though...I love them.
When I get another guitar, I would love to either get a resonator or a bass.

I have a few... an old Franciscan acoustic (that I first learned on & don't play any more), a purple Ibanez acoustic/electric, a candy apple red Hamer/Slammer (that was my first electric & I don't play her any more), a black Fender Strat & a black Gretsch Duo Jet.

And a few others.

I have a 1960's Hoofner, made in Germany while the Beats were in Hamburg! I made a strap out of ribbon for it, so I can walk and play at the same time!

<Here's my current gear list:>
You get to write a LIST!?!
*hyperventilates*
I have a 12-string acoustic with 6-strings - it's absolutely gorgeous and the sound is just perfection..... Mmmmm
I also have a Jackson JS-1 *I think* but it's in such bad condition (it was given to me by someone who couldn't sell it).
My dream guitar is a one of the new (?) Fender 'Time Machine TM' range - it's the '66 Strat... in the Teal colour..... it's heaven. :)
I'm also really tempted to buy a bass - but I've never played, and I don't even know where to start! Is it pretty much the same as a normal guitar or what?

I have an Ibanez black acoustic 6-string w/black finish. It was the floor model and all the others were plain wood and I had to have the black one, so they gave me a discount. My dad'll let me get an electric when I'm good enough, but I have to use my own money (rrrggghhh). I'll probably get a Rickenbacker of some sort (what's the big deal with Fenders these days? The Beatles' Ricks were much better!).
