Default Come Together

In this song, "He say I know you, you know me". I'm having a real problem with somebody I used to know. His last name is Burton and his wife has a flat top and teaches special education. He's too personal and acts like he knows me and I know him. What the Burtons say is totally special like "one and one and one is three".
"He wear no shoeshine" - This person wears rotten shoes.
"Got to be good looking 'cause he so hard to see" - it seems that Mr. Ed Burton has to be good looking movie star cause he's gone now.

I was wondering if anyone had seen specifically what the Beatles meant by old flat top otherwise (in more detail). Who is this character and what's he really up to? I don't like this person Ed Burton that seems to be old flat top and he doesn't at all understand what I said to him. He used to be a friend and I felt he tried to jail me make me out to be Pinochio
