Where did you get it from? Is it signed? I bought a signed copy of Paul's poetry book from Amazon several years ago, but I'm not sure if that's the same one you have.

Actually, I found an auction for a signed copy of the book here. Looks like it sold for $22.

I saw that auction too but its not the same book, mine is like a deep purple with a gold signature on it , there were only 250 made and i have 2 of them , number 97 and 98 . I got them from my father when he passed away. He always told me that they were like VERY valuealbe, .. like a couple thousand a piece or so ???? but I cant find another one like it anywhere to find out if it has held its value or not... he really knew his stuff so I hae to believe that they are worth alot cause he would always tell me that i could probably pay off my motorcycle with them someday lol , But the long and short of it is.. its just bothering me that I cant find others like it anywhere, I can send pictures..

If you want to post a picture of it, go ahead. I can tell you if it looks like the edition I bought from Amazon. I'm not qualified to appraise a Beatles book, though. Maybe you can find a collector to do that.

It doesn't sound like the ones I have seen before. They weren't purple. I am sure someone here might be able to help. Not me though sorry!

If Harbidge here on the forum doesn't know, then your next best bet would be Perry Cox.

I think we have a match!

This is the book I bought from Amazon several years ago. I paid $250, but I have no idea how much it's worth now. I waited several months for it, so I hope the signature is real. Never had it appraised by a professional, though. And for what it's worth, the number in my book is 24.

ETA: The book is shown with a matching case.

Who published the book, AcesUp? It looks to me like it may have been Genesis - they've printed off a number of rare, limited edition Beatle books in the past.

No, it's not Genesis; it's N.W. Norton and Company. I think they published the other, more common version of this book.
