I cringe and have to stop playing You're Going To Lose That Girl whenever it shows up on my iPod. I really can't stand the harmonies. Maybe it's because I'm a muscian, but it almost hurts to listen to... I also cringe when a teacher/someone calls out "Number Nine" like, lets to to "Number Nine" on the worksheet. arrggg...

OK, got one. 1963 Paul was too pretty for my taste.

In 1963, Paul was very sexy and he still is.
My unpopular opinion - I never cared for "Whatever Gets You Through The Night."

That's unpopular? I love those songs and so do countless others!
I admit that I'm not too fond of "Mr. Moonlight." I don't care for "Matchbox" either.

Yeah, it is. Everybody seems to be getting tired of Hey Jude and Yesterday and even skipping them. I'm not. I still get the same shiver down my spine whenever I listen to these two songs, even though I've heard them at least a hundred times.

I didn't like that silly "Winston Churchill" bit Paul made during the Beatles' first trip to America. Just because my favorite Beatle said it doesn't mean I'll like or agree with it or be biased on his part.
I also disliked that shoes comment he made about how the Beatles could have been called the Shoes. What a stupid name! While I understood the point he was making ("a rose is a rose is a rose"/"a Beatle is a Beatle is a Beatle would still sound so good and perform as well"), I still didn't like that at all.

I prefer Lennon/McCartney rather than McCartney/Lennon!

I think McCartney is Paul's best solo work.
It is possible to be a Macca fan and still love John. They both have their ups and downs in my opinion

Yeah it sure is possible. I'm living proof of that. I love Paul. And I love John.

You can be a Paul fan and love John. I do it all the time.
See, the Beatles themselves said all you need is love. Enjoying the work of more than one Beatle is not disloyalty. The more things you like/love/enjoy, the happier you are.
I have a confession. I am not overly fond of "The Other Side of Liverpool" and I can't stand "Wrack My Brain."

There are a lot of songs on Abbey Road and the White Album especially, I feel that are just absolute trash. I suppose you could add Let it be to that list as well. I think it was George who said there was a lot of ego in that band and some songs did not need to be there.
I love the Beatles, and have many songs of theirs on my ipod. But there's a fair whack of them that I don't have either.

Ditto - I can't stand "Birthday," "Revolution 9," "Wild Honey Pie," the covers of "Mr. Moonlight," "What Goes On" and "Matchbox." I am not an avid fan of Ringo solo works and I didn't like the "Sentimental Journey" covers at all.

I'll agree with Wild Honey Pie, Mr Moonlight, and Matchbox. And I'll add Kansas City and Obladi-Oblada to that list too. Uuurgh!
But Birthday still gives me the odd goose-bump, mainly due to its hard rock tempo. Definitely one of the stand-out tracks from the White Album.

Well, my unpopular Beatle thought of the day... i think that this orangish-hair dye colour that paul is spotting lately is just awful.

The last few times I've seen him, the colour has been better. That gingerish tone to it had gone and it was more of a warm brown colour.
Although i must say, I am a fan of the silver fox so i reckon he should let it go grey.
