George Michael, Robbie Williams and Graham Coxon of Blur are among the stars that autograph John's Imagine single to help charity. Yoko Ono asks for the covers to be made and then auctioned for the homeless organisation Shelter.

1968:

Apple's first Christmas party is held at 3 Savile Row, complete with what its suppliers assure everyone is the 'largest turkey in the world', Hell's Angels, and members of a visiting Californian hippy commune. John and Yoko, who have hardly been seen at Apple since it opened its new headquarters, dress up as Father and Mother Christmas and hand out presents to all the children attending.

1963:

Astoria Cinema, Finsbury Park, London, with The Barron Knights & Duke D'Mond, Tommy Quickly, The Fourmost, Billy J. Kramer & The Dakotas, Cilla Black and Rolf Harris. The Beatles' Christmas Show ran for 16 nights, with two houses per night, finishing on January 11th, 1964, and was seen by almost 100,000 people.
