The Best Beatles Guitar Riff
Because an unwarranted and distracting debate developed in my original poll, I am starting a new one...
There are some different choices available this time around - not because any of my originals were out of place, but simply to avoid any problems (if you don't see one that you want to vote for, simply choose "other").
As I did the first time, I vote for "I Feel Fine".

Good choice mister Hofner
Ok...and again If I Needed Someone.
But to make it easy here I voted for Paperback Writer because I love 'Take The Last Train To Clarksville'

i voted Eight Days a Week, should have voted Old Brown Shoe. Not real hip to that riff/lick/hook/phrase debate, but that singular part carries that song throughout until the end.

I voted Day Tripper, but Ticket to Ride comes in a close second.

"Old Brown Shoe" has got TWO riffs, actually! The main riff that accompanies the verses, and then that cool riff that goes along with, "When I grow up I'll be a singer wearing rings on every finger..".
Another great George riff song is "I Want To Tell You"... but there are just so many choices you can list on a poll!

I vote for "And your bird can sing", which is not on the list.

I voted for Day Tripper again like I did in the last poll.

I voted Day Tripper, but now I'm thinking I should have voted I Feel Fine!

Very difficult choice between Day Tripper, I Feel Fine, And Your Bird Can Sing, and A Ticket To Ride. Took me all day to eventually decide on Day Tripper, but only just.

"Day Tripper" is the obvious favorite. It's no surprise, as it IS arguably the most recognizable and iconic Beatle riff - although there are many great ones.

I said I Feel Fine, but it was close. It's just so energetic and bouncy!

I agree that this song is a happier and bouncier tune, and I actually prefer it over Day Tripper. But I just think that Day Tripper has a better guitar riff sound.

I was more thinking about melody, but I also love the feedback at the beginning of I Feel Fine.

None of which have anything to do with the riff...
