100 Beatle Activities Every Fan Should Try Before They Die
It was discussed in Paperback Writer that there is a new book coming out about must-do Beatle things, and I'm stealing Lucy's idea that we should make our own thread about Beatle-related activities you'd like to do in your lifetime.
Can we make it to 100? Which ones have you already done?
Here are Miss O'Dell's five:
1. Visit Liverpool
2. Have their picture taken on the famous Abbey Road zebra crossing
3. Learn the words to every song
4. Have a heated debate over their favourite Beatle
5. ...but probably change their favourite Beatle at least once or twice..!
A few of mine...
6. See the remaining Beatles live
7. Visit Strawberry Fields memorial in NYC
8. See the Love Cirque du Solei show in Vegas
9. Have a Beatles marathon movie day
10. Collect all the original albums on vinyl

15. Take a photo of yourself with each and/or all of the boys' stars on the sidewalk in front of Capitol Records and then with The Beatles star on Hollywood Blvd.
16. Listen to the "clues" by playing certain songs backwards on a turntable.
17. Collect all of the original albums on vinyl (original, not the new remasters) and then listen to them all in order on a rainy afternoon.
18. At least once, seriously consider and investigate purchasing your own Butcher cover.

Oops! Just realized my #17 is a combination of #10 and #14.
Wow, I'm a tried and true Beatlemaniac but I have never done, I will never do, and I wouldn't even entertain the idea of doing #5! I have changed my second favorite Fab many times, though...
