Goodnight Vienna The Album
I recently found a copy of Goodnight Vienna on original 1974 vinyl. Playing it I rediscovered the album. I have the CD and do play it on occasion. But I haven't played it all through in a while, like I did with the vinyl. It's a good album. I think along with the previous album it makes up the definitive era for Ringo's solo albums.
The early to mid seventies was a good time for Beatle solo albums.

It was a good run for Ringo from 73-75. Always liked Snookeroo, Husband and Wives (Roger Miller tune)and the rollicking Lennon penned title tune. I just broke out my original LP from back in the day to check it out! If I only had a turntable.....
On another note.... I just started listening to Postcards From Paradise today. Hope it's decent.

Yes he did. He really came into his own during the mid seventies.
