Thanks, wasn't sure about "Bangladesh", didn't know he played on "Deep Blue", knew of the others.

According to the liner notes in the new "Wonderwall" edition, Ringo would have only played on "Sky-ying", and Roy Dyke (?), the Remo Four drummer, played on on all the others...

... except, maybe, ""Dream scene" and "On the bed", for which there's no mention of who played on them

I already have a lot of books, notably on Goerge, but none has much, when any, information on such things... ditto when doing web searches...

Speaking of which, just found this...

"Harrison's name also does not appear among the performers on the original album sleeve and many commentators have traditionally credited him only as producer and arranger at the sessions. After consulting Barham for his book While My Guitar Gently Weeps, Leng credits Harrison as a performing musician and Spizer also recognises him in his track-by-track list. Among other changes, the performer credits in the 2014 reissue include Harrison, on piano and guitar"

I too had always thought, and read, that George hadn't played a note on any of the tracks and I don't remember the 2014 edition mentioning otherwise, but I'll re-check when I get back in.

... sigh, this was originally an Apple release, no ? ... in which case, there would have been no need to "hide" George's and Ringo's contributions "in the first place" (pun intended)

Just found another page that lists...

... and a page featuring some of the text from a book on George states that he did play piano on "On the bed" and implies that he may also have on "Red lady too".

The new 2014 remaster of 'Wonderwall' confirms who played what with Eric Clapton and Ringo being credited under their real names and not the pseudonyms they were credited under in past versions of it.
