Default Minor Irritants #23

I just dripped tomato soup on a finished work product!

Oh that sucks!

I think everybody at Links has been breathing on me... I feel like I have a bit of a cold! (No, I didn't kiss anybody here!)

It wasn't me. I'm not sick.

It's been raining for two days. The newspaper says if it keeps up, there might be flooding.

It's supposed to rain here tonight and I'm taking my bass to a far-suburban rehearsal on the train. I only have a gig bag, not a hardshell case, and it's not waterproof. I'm going to have to wrap my baby up in trash can liners or something so he doesn't get wet!

Better get a hard case with that Hofner!

We're supposed to get some unsettled weather tonight, but I'm actually looking forward to it. It's too dry here! (Send it back this way, you two!)

It's all rainy/snowy outside and I don't like it. I miss the sunshine we had a few days ago...

Feel better soon, Jocelyn! It's no fun feeling ill...we've had relapsing colds around here too, so I can definitely empathize.

Today's (and yesterday's) irritant -- someone brought me a huge bag of her son's outgrown blue jeans for my son when I was at a meeting at his school last night, and I stupidly left it there when I came home. Now I have to bring him to school early and see if I can find it, and hope no one else took it!! I am so annoyed with myself!

Angry

It feels so nice that this week is finished! This was one of the worst weeks of my life

First, I argued a lot with Pablo. We can't avoid it: one word, one argument...
Second, I was blamed at work for doing things I NEVER do. One of my bosses assumed his mistakes, but when he told it to the other boss, he lied and sayed I made it They also complained that I arrive 10 minutes late everyday. But when the boss' daughter falls asleep and arrives late, or even doesn't go, it's always justified "she's having hard work and she daserves a day" thay say

I always assume my mistakes, and recognize that arriving 10 minutes late is bad. But I hate advantages at work/study.

Oh, great, another bad storm is coming, and our tree that got struck by lightning still isn't down yet. It's right next to my room...
And our big storms always seem to hit on Sundays and Fridays now...weird.
