Default Would you have attended their concert?

For those born during and after the 60's, after viewing the footage of the nutty mayhem caused by hysterical fans back then. If you were a teen then, would you have taken the risk and attended a concert? I don't think I would, since the fear of being trampled would weigh heavy be on my mind. Besides you couldn't hear anything. On the other hand, those who attended back in the day have cherished memories of that bygone era to tell their grandkids.

Haha I think I definitely would have taken the risk, maybe with some sturdy shoes and a shield! Kidding, but I don't think I would be able to live with myself knowing that I turned down going to a concert. How about a concert in the cavern club so I can hear them clearly? Sounds like a good deal.

Good question. I was around back then and I don't think I would have gone mainly because I am a male. As far as we knew at the time, it was screaming 13-14 year old girls who went to their concerts and I wouldn't have wanted any part of that! That is what we saw on the news, and while I loved the music I wouldn't go to an event where I couldn't hear them.
I did go to the opening of "Hard Day's Night" at a theater in Northridge, California, and the screaming even at that was almost unbearable, and that was just a movie. No one can really imagine how huge they were back then, and how the fans got so worked up over them, unless you lived it. Doesn't compare to anything today that I can think of.
