Default Post Heather Articles Here Part IV

This is a continuation of the previous thread. It had reached 22 pages, so it was time to close that one and start a new one.

*edited in* Folks, I apologize. I was trying to merge this thread with the lastest about the divorce hearings/trial Coming Up and unfortunately deleted the one-post article by accident. Please accept my apologies.

I was able to copy the posts for this original thread and we'll just carry on.

Hibgal: Is this thread not supposed to be sticky any longer BB or is that just an oversight?

Lynner:

This thread gets enough action on it's own that we probably don't even need to make it a sticky, but since the other threads were a sticky, we'll stick this one, too.

No idea what you mean. If you want to discuss things like Heather writing a book which she doesn't go ahead. I am not sure what to discuss, things she did but then didn't. Anyway I did post something but then again I didn't.

hibgal: I'm posting this Just For You, FP!

Heather Mills denies writing sex book
- Charity comes before bedroom tips

Monday, 17th December 2007

Heather Mills is set to write a book of sex tips for women.

The former model, who is currently embroiled in a bitter divorce battle with Sir Paul McCartney, sees herself as a female "sex guru" but plans to write under a pseudonym because she is worried about a public backlash.

A source told the Sunday Mirror: "I think Heather would like to set herself up as a female sex guru. But she is worried what people will think of her so she discussed the possibility of releasing the book under a false name.

"Heather believes there is a gap in the market for a good sex guide for women, as manuals are normally written from a man's perspective.

"She wants to give her little secrets away on how to attract a man and how to keep him happy in the bedroom. Despite the breakdown of her marriage to Paul, neither has ever said anything bad about their sex life."

Heather's representative has denied she is set to write a book of sex tips, saying: "Right now she is counselling cancer children in the US and trying to facilitate a bone marrow transplant to a young mother."

Earlier this year, it was revealed Heather had simulated bondage and spanking and posed naked in several sexual positions for German publication The Joys Of Love. Despite claims the book was pornographic, Heather has always insisted it was an educational manual.

Meanwhile, the 39-year-old vegan reportedly has a recorded phone conversation of her estranged husband telling his daughter Stella McCartney he hopes Heather will commit suicide.

In the recording, obtained by the News of the World, Paul is alleged to say: "If we turn up the pressure on Heather, with a bit of luck she will top herself and then we won't have to pay her a penny."

The phone call is said to have taken place last year at the musician's Peasmarsh estate, in East Sussex. A source said: "Heather's legal team feel that if the tape is genuine it is one of the most damning things Paul has ever said. It could really help her divorce case."

From FPSHOT:

LMAO

It was Heather's Bday last Saturday

Some news:

Generous Sir Paul McCartney spent £8,000 on birthday gifts for Heather Mills — while she was secretly hiring a firm to SPY on him.
Macca's driver delivered a £2,000 CARTIER WATCH, a £5,000 GIFT CARD from Harvey Nichols, plus bags stuffed with top-of-the range BEAUTY GOODIES.

A touching handwritten card to her said: "Have an amazing day, despite what's happened. Hope we can be friends. P x."

Jania Coyd:

A longer article of FPSHOTs:

Paul spends $16,000 on presents for Heather
Paul McCartney spends $16,000 on presents for Heather Mills

Paul McCartney and Heather Mills might be in the middle of one of the world’s most bitter, and indeed public divorces battles - but that didn’t stop the 65-year-old music legend showering his estranged wife with $!6,000 worth of gifts for her 40th birthday - even though she was secretly hiring a firm to spy on him.

Paul reportedly had his driver deliver a $4,000 Cartier watch, a $10,000 gift card for posh London store Harvey Nichols, and bags stuffed with top-of-the range beauty products.

A touching handwritten card to Mills, said: “Have an amazing day, despite what’s happened. Hope we can be friends. P x.”

But as Paul was trying to make nice with Heather, she was in attack mode - arranging a former MI5 spy to try and make him look like a bad dad.

Mills, dubbed Mucca by British tabloids due to her porn past, is said to be terrified that the former Beatle will apply for full custody of their four-year-old daughter Beatrice when their divorce hearing resumes next month.

So she desperately hopes to snatch film footage of him drunk during the day.

According to reports, Heather hired the team of investigators from Ireland for a week before Christmas to spy on her former husband - but was forced to cancel, and pay a $3,000 fee, as Paul was still recovering from heart surgery and not drinking.

Heather has re-booked the $3000-per-day detectives for a week-long watch later this month, when they will try and get a secret film of the music legend drinking.

A source said: “Heather was furious when she had to cancel the first watch. She was convinced Paul was going to go out with a friend on a drinking session, and that she would be able to catch him. To be honest, if Sir Paul wants to go out with a friend and have a few drinks it has no bearing on his capability as a parent.

“But Heather is clutching at anything she can to make Paul look bad.”

Heather needs to get her hands on some cash quick - which is why she’s trying to put Paul in a bad light. She is living on a $2million overdraft from Coutts bank, and owes her former divorce lawyers Mishcon de Reya $4million.

A source told Britain’s News of The World newspaper: “Since her campaign to get the public’s sympathy went wrong, Heather has racked her brains for ways to discredit Paul.

“This plan with the private investigators is her latest idea. But by going to such extremes to make him look bad, she’s just made herself look even worse."

And I felt spoiled when a relative offered to fill my gas tank and when I got a $75.00 gift card to a major department store at Christmas.

In 2000 I felt really spoiled rotten when I got the Beatles' Anthology plus Lennon Remembers and some Beatle videos for Christmas.

The note Paul wrote reflects well on him. Darn shame his acts of good will and olive branch extension were not well received.

I guess it really is better to give than to receive.

from oldbeatlechick:

This from the Daily Mail this morning!

By RICHARD SIMPSON

Sir Paul Tells Heather He's Ready to Talk About a Deal

Last updated at 23:38pm on 21st January 2008

As their bitter divorce heads for the High Court, there appears to have been an eleventh-hour thawing of relations between Sir Paul McCartney and Heather Mills.

Apparently driven by news of Miss Mills's planned "blitzkrieg-style" tactics of representing herself in court next month, the Beatle has let it be known that he is ready to reconsider the possibility of an out-of-court settlement.

The Daily Mail has learned Miss Mills has been contacted by McCartney's legal team at Paynes Hicks Beach with the message: "Paul's ready to talk."

The pair are scheduled to face one another in a five-day hearing next month where Heather is to represent herself after parting company with her legal firm, Mishcon de Reya.

But McCartney has apparently had a sudden attack of anxiety about what might be said about the breakdown of the marriage.

He is also thought to be concerned that is the estimated size of Sir Paul's fortune their daughter Beatrice might be harmed by further public dissection of their relationship.

McCartney and Mills have spoken "three or four" times in recent days over the phone, said a source close to both.

"One of the chats went on for at least 15 minutes, which is the longest they have spoken to one another in months and months.

"It seems that the mood has definitely changed and they are both now ready to resolve things more sensibly."

The Mail understands the main thrust of Miss Mills' case will be that marrying the former Beatle ruined any chance of her living a happy and successful life.

"She is going to say that before they met, people liked her and admired her, she was successful, she had her own career and her own income," the source said.

"She is going to say that when they got together, he stopped her from having a career.

"She is going to say that now that they have split, she is a hate figure and as such unemployable.

"Consequently, she will say, Paul should compensate financially for the rest of her life. For a woman to argue that her future earning capacity has been damaged by her marriage in this way is extremely unusual but the judge may well consider that she has a point."

The source added that the irony is that she actually revived Sir Paul's career while she lost her own.

"Heather contends that she got Paul emotionally back on track when they first got together. When they first met, he was emotionally ruined by the death of (first wife) Linda - he was a lost soul.

"His music was not going anywhere.

"Heather will argue that the stability she gave him got his career back on track. And a financial settlement for her should also reflect her input in his career turning around."

McCartney is understood to fear what revelations Miss Mills might make in court about why the marriage broke down. Leaked legal documents alleged he was violent and cruel to his wife.

But legal sources pointed out yesterday that while such revelations, even if they had any truth, might be damaging to his image, they would not actually impact on the settlement size.

Miss Mills has also been taking advice from friends on how to soften her prickly image ahead of the court date.

The source said: "When she appeared recently on GMTV, she didn't come across as vulnerable, sympathetic and fragile - she just came across as a bit unhinged. She knows she has this image problem and she has been trying to do something about it.

"She wants to come across less barmy and money-grabbing and more the wronged wife and mother."

Publicists for Miss Mills and Sir Paul would not comment yesterday.

It might be a good way to stop the gossip & to save Heather's face.

Why would Paul do anything to Bea because of Heather's behaviour? Or is HEATHER worried about money - which of course she wasn't interested in from the beginning???

Paul didn't do ANYTHING to ruin Heather's image. Heather did it all to herself, if you ask me. & Paul need not worry about what people will think. People view Heather in such a way, that I can't see it hurting him at all. Which is sad for Heather, of course.

Paul McCartney and estranged wife Heather Mills set for High Court battle over £825m fortune

By Fiona Cummins, Showbiz Reporter 05/02/2008 Daily Mirror

Paul McCartney will be grilled by estranged wife Heather Mills in a no holds barred court showdown next week.

The warring couple will appear in the High Court where a judge will at last decide how much of Macca's £825million fortune Heather should receive.

Heather, 40, who is representing herself, is expected to repeat sensational allegations that the former Beatle was abusive and violent after drink and drug binges.

Macca, 65, has vowed to clear his name - and keep his fortune.

A source said: "This is it - it's not going to be pretty."

Heather is believed to be demanding £50million. Sir Paul is thought to have offered £25million.

The closed hearing in London will also deal with custody and financial arrangements for the couple's daughter Beatrice, four.

Heather: I know Paul has more money than he says... I did his tour accounts

By JAMES TAPPER
Last updated at 00:10am on 10th February 2008

Sir Paul McCartney will be forced to disclose how much he earned from his last world tour in his High Court showdown with Heather Mills tomorrow.

The former Beatle claims the two-year series of concerts generated losses of £3million - which would mean he would have no profits from them to be split with his estranged wife.

But friends of Ms Mills say the 40-year-old ex-model played a key role in drawing up the accounts of the tour - and can prove it netted him millions.

One said: "He's been claiming that during their marriage he made absolutely nothing. But he did two world tours.

"He went all over America. He claimed they lost money, but she was involved in doing the accounts for the tour. Heather claims it made tens of millions of pounds."

Sir Paul played 55 dates in 2002, shortly after the couple married. His Driving USA and Back In The US tours were sponsored by luxury car manufacturer Lexus and financiers Fidelity and played large arenas across America.

Over the next two years he did another 48 dates around the world for his Back In The World tour, including performing The Beatles' classic Back In The USSR in Moscow's Red Square in front of Russian President Vladimir Putin.

Tickets for the sell-out tour - Sir Paul's first in a decade - went for up to £45 in Britain. He took an entourage of 116 people with him, transporting the stage and equipment in 40 trucks.

Tomorrow the estranged couple will begin their settlement hearing at the High Court in London before Family Court judge Mr Justice Bennett.

Sir Paul is understood to be keen to reach a settlement as divorce courts decide how to allocate assets on the day of the hearing - so Ms Mills may be entitled to a share of any money Sir Paul has made after their split.

The 65-year-old ex-Beatle, whose fortune is estimated at £825million, has yet to make any offer of settlement, according to her advisers.

The settlement hearing will focus on the couple's four-year-old daughter Beatrice. Ms Mills claims she needs properties near Sir Paul's homes in London and his Peasmarsh estate in West Sussex so that she can share custody of her daughter with Sir Paul.

She also wants him to pay for security for her and Beatrice after receiving emailed death threats after they split in 2006.

Sir Paul is said to want her to sign a gagging order preventing her from talking about the marriage and sign a commitment that she will remain in Britain until Beatrice is 18. Another stumbling block has been a £2million four-bedroom, five-bathroom house in Heather Road, Beverly Hills, which Ms Mills claims was bought for her as a present.

She is also believed to be prepared to contest the ownership of several expensive paintings, including works by Renoir and Picasso, which were bought during the marriage for an estimated £10million.

Ms Mills will represent herself during the hearing while Sir Paul will be accompanied by his lawyer Fiona Shackleton, who represented Prince Charles in his divorce, along with her team.

Ms Mills's advisers have urged her not to take on Ms Shackleton directly as she has clashed with her in the past.

Ms Mills is confident she can win a good settlement because she successfully won an interim payment from Sir Paul in court last year.

A source said: "Heather still believes in her heart of hearts that Paul will settle this case before the proceedings start. She has always believed he would not want this to get to court.

"She thinks Paul has no choice but to come up with a deal."

Despite reports that she has been offered between £25 million and £50million, Ms Mills and her advisers insist that Sir Paul has never made her an offer of a settlement.

Her publicist Michele Elyzabeth said in December: "Paul would [go into] shock if he was to offer anything. He would shock, he'd die.

"I can assure you on our side she has never received any offer."

Reports yesterday suggested they had reached a deal before the hearings began - with claims that Ms Mills had demanded £10million.

Tomorrow's hearing will take place behind closed doors - although if either party decides to contest the settlement, the details of the hearing would be made public at the Court of Appeal.

Neither Ms Elyzabeth nor Sir Paul's spokesman was prepared to comment.

I don't really have any news to pass on. There's tons of articles online about the first day of court proceedings, so give those a look when you have a chance. I just wanted to encourage everyone to keep Paul in their thoughts this week.

We are all aware of the heartache this sort of thing causes and I am sure we would all like to wish him a speedy resolution to this so he can get on with his life!

Love you Paul!!
