One could be forgiven in thinking that the Beatles, or at least two of them, were involved in the cult film Zabriskie Point. Why?

I don't know. Something to do with Paul McCartney's 'Paul Is Dead' conspiracy theory connection to the film. And, George Harrison through some connection with AHDN.

I'm sure someone else can fill in the blanks.

It's nothing to do with 'Paul is dead' or AHDN. To find the answer you just need to take a good look at the credits for Zabriskie Point.
