It's not a restaurant though. Here's a hint. He worked at a Liverpool coil winding factory until he was coaxed into quitting by John and George, when they told Paul they had a gig at The Cavern.

You've got it Winston O' Boogie.
Paul gave up £7 14s a week Massey and Coggins! I think he made the right choice in the long run.
