Me and Buster on Thanksgiving. I was designated dog-watcher and he LOVES my hugs.
Me at 6 or 7 months. I drooled a LOT so I wore a bib for a really long time. Hahaha.

My Dakota ID picture taken on Dec. 9, 1980
A friend recently sent me a post from this website which had a magazine article that I wrote about John Lennon. So I joined BeatleLinks to share stories about John with his fans. I was privileged to have called him a friend. Check out the website I created with personal anecdotes about the real person in his unguarded moments.
My picture from those days is halfway down this page.

One of my favorite pictures.
On my left and right are my cousins.
I took this at the movie theater right before we saw "Yellow Submarine" last month.

Sadly, I never got to see them. I was 13 when they broke up. They didn't play anywhere close to me, and my Mom would have never driven for hours to take me to see them. Bad mommy! I'm jealous of you!

kattatude, sorry you never had the pleasure, I was 12, I bought 2 tickets with babysitting money, was supposed to go with my best friend, her sister/who was her guardian at the time pulled the plug on her going with me 2 days before, so I took my Mom, when I asked her/my Mom to go with me, she said "I thought you were never going to ask" she had a great time with me, got to see all the silliness of the fans, she then went with my younger sisters years ago to see Elton John, my Mom was very understanding and tried to stay current and listen to us when we told her how we felt about an artist, she grew up in the 30's and 40's loving new music too! We all sing for sheer enjoyment in my family and always have!
