If John was alive...
how do you think John would react to the things that have happened? music, tv, violence. Just everything that has happened since his death. do you think he would be touched by how he has affected his fans? I wonder what he would think of the music of today, if he would like rap, punk, ricky martin, eminem, britney spears. Jerry Springer, what he would think of Clinton (lol he probably would say something funny about the monica thing).

Re: If John was alive...
Would John like Punk?? Ever listen to some of Yokos' work? RAP?? How about "Give Peace A Chance'?Music in general? I think he'd like it.He'd turn Springer off,and probibly be recording with the "Beatles" or maybe have a father/sons band.

Re: If John was alive...
i think john would be amazed how much he has touched us. as for all the violence, i'm sure he would have alot to say! well the music, he might like some here and there, but come on! i don't think he would take to bands like, oh i don't know the backstreet boys.

Wouldn't you just love to hear John's take on the Rolling Stones still being together and touring?

I have a feeling that rap music and all of that horrible stuff would not be so popular had he been around to keep making beautiful music.

The world would be better! And I think there would have been a Beatles "reunion concert" or something at some point, maybe even an album.

With John, you never know... he could just as well have commented negatively or jokingly about the Stones still being together and touring, or stated that he'd wished that The Beatles had stayed together and toured as long as them...

Okay...take off the rose-tinted glasses. John wouldn't get along with everyone, and he was no saint. I'm sure he would absolutely hate plenty of people in the recording business today...

Yeah, that and Twitter. OMG!
You know, with the way he devoured the media around him, a constant stack of newspapers and magazines on the bed, the TV going all the time, etc., and the fact that he always writing notes and post cards, etc.etc., I have no doubt he would have become a world-class web surfer and blogger and would have had an ENORMOUS following. Can't you just picture him sitting crossed-legged, pounding away on a laptop? Pity. {{sigh}}

Yoko said he woulda liked Lady Gaga.
I don't mean to say I know him better than her, but with John... I think you'd have one of the extremes...
Like, he'd love her. He'd support her, etc.
Or two, he's think she was the weirdest thing ever to hit planet earth.

I doubt he would have liked the meat dress.
We know for sure Paul would not go for that, but I doubt John would like it either.
I admit that I didn't like the meat dress at all and thought it over the top and quite outre.

Agreed. I didn't really enjoy it that much myself, to be honest.

John probably would have an iPod full of Beatle and Lennon songs as well as those of his boyhood idols.
