The 1972-73 animated sitcom, Wait Till Your Father Gets Home mentions the Beatles in the 1972 episode entitled "The Music Tycoon." Oldest son Chet manages a garage band and he says that's how the Beatles and the Stones started out.

In 1970, School House Rock mentions the Beatles twice on their animated commercial for nouns. A weird looking girl says when she puts money in the jukebox, she wants to hear the Beatles and the stones. Ghostly, poorly drawn images that don't in any way resemble the artists in question are drawn over the jukebox.

The Simpsons have done so many parodies of the Beatles (you should see it ^^). It's really funny, plus Family guy also mentioned the Beatles...

Here's one: in the Pixar short on the DVD Ratatouille called Your Friend the Rat, the rats (remy and emile) mention being wherever people had been and how rats and people should learn to live together, and they mention Liverpool and a cartoon of the Beatles is shown. Not the actual cartoon, the Pixar people drew this one and I really liked how they did their likenesses. John is giving a Peace sign, Paul is giving a thumbs up (george is holding the rat)

And what is Ringo doing in the movie? Nice about George and the rat.

Yeah i was a little misleading. It's just a drawing. It's just one picture shown for a few seconds. Ringo's just kinda there.

Ringo was in some of the early Thomas The Tank Engine series. He narrated and also played Mr Conductor. They are childrens programs but charming and funny!

I remember watching those. I still have a few on tape. I remember I didnt like the show anymore once Ringo left. I lost interest. I still watched it sometimes, but not with the same enthusiasm

In a Mystery Science Theater 3000 movie, you see a shot of a drummer in a suit from the waist down and Mike Nelson says, "Oh no. Just when you thought the movie couldn't get any worse, Ringo's in it."

In another MST3K episode you see a plane coming into an airport and Mike(or Joel, cant remember now) says, "Its the beatles," and pretends to scream and Crow sings, "its been a hard days night." My kids loved that.

Okay here's one from a Futurama episode i saw yesterday, actually one I hadnt seen before:

Dr Zoidberg says something which the drummer thinks is a joke but Zoidberg says it isnt (you know, he does that rim shot). Then Zoidberg makes what he thinks is a joke and the drummer does nothing.
Zoidberg-No Ringo, THAT was the joke! Oh, it's like Showtime at the Apollo all over again.

And here's one that's not from a movie or tv show. It's actually from a book (but not one would you'd necessarily expect) but written by a guy who has a TV show, does that count? Anyway, it's from Stephen Colbert's I am America (and so can you!). He starts each chapter with a quote from somebody and the credit has a joke.

From the chapter on the Media-
"I read the news today, oh boy" -John Lennon, Liverpudlian flash-in-the-pan

From the chapter on race-
"Ebony and Ivory, live together in perfect harmony" -Paul McCartney and Stevie Wonder, the 2 remaining Beatles

Anyway, I thought they were amusing.

On a 1982 episode of The Facts of Life, Tootie bawls hysterically because she wants to see Randy Jackson. Charlotte Rae as Mrs. Garrett comforts her and says that Tootie's idol worship is like when people reacted the same way for the Beatles.

LOL! I remember that! I sat there thinking, "Really? Jermaine Jackson as big as the Beatles? Oooookay."

I watched a Mystery Science Theater movie: Gamera vs. Guirdon. This movie is made in Japan. These boys get taken away by a spaceship. One of the boys had this little sister who tries to convince her mother of what happened to them. The mother scolds her for making up stories and she sulks. Joel(the host) then says, "I'll show you. When I grow up, I'm breaking up the Beatles."

Panic Room (2002)
When Meg (Jodie Foster) and her daughter Sarah (Kristen Stewart) are locked inside the 'Panic Room' from the burglars, in order to restrain herself Sarah hides in a corner and starts to chant the names of Beatles albums: "Help...Rubber Soul...Yesterday and Today...Sergeant Pepper....Magical Mystery Tour...The White Album...Let It Be..."

Well, I saw this on TV. Michelle Obama was campaigning for her husband at Cleveland State yesterday and on the news they showed this guy who actually made a poster that said "Michelle, my Belle" and it had the Beatles on it.
