When I saw Paul in 2009, half of his set list were Beatle songs!

I think Paul will always be a Beatle at heart. I also think he is the most talented.

Saw McCartney last night at Dodger Stadium. Amazing show of course. But nothing new to cross off this list...

I can so here him saying ''Oh, those are the only ones I've never done live ? ... well, I could see myself doing that one... this one... and, errrr... that one...''

Also, it now strikes me...

Paul was 64 years old, from june 18th 2006, to june 17th 2007... and, other than any possible one-off gigs, he had a couple of shows from his ''Secret tour'' fall during that period... and he never thought of performing the song then ?

For sure, not doing When I'm 64 when he was actually 64 will go down as one of the biggest tragedies in music history. Ok, that might be a little dramatic, but it just seemed like such a no-brainer to me.

And considering some of the stuff he's played over the years, most of the other songs on the list should have been knocked out by now.

... the music equivalent of "2001: a space odyssey" not being re-shown in cinemas (except a very select few) thirteen years ago...

Maybe a clarinet player just wasn't in the budget.

I'm more surprised he didn't do "Oh! Darling" at some point. It's a throat shredder, maybe he doesn't want to risk his voice for the next show!

He's still belting out Maybe I'm Amazed, Helter Skelter, etc. Seems like Oh! Darling wouldn't be much more difficult to me.

I doubt that. Weren't the songs Maybe I'm Amazed and Let Me Roll It specifically written for her? Pretty sure he even dedicated one of those to her before he sang it the other day.

I was there, too~ what a show!!! :)

Last year Paul closed with "I Saw Her Standing There" when he played in my city. I don't think Paul has done these live:

He's not likely to do "The Word", as it's one of John's

I wonder if he'd ever consider doodling out his bit from "A day in the life" ?

Also, what about songs that covers by the Beatles ?

I sure could see him doing "A taste of honey" or "Till there was you", among others

Or how about some of the songs he gave others, like "World without love", "From a window" ect... ?
