Smile THE CHRISTMAS BEETLES

Just go a christmas card, with a cd called the christmas beetles the liverpool sound is back. It includes trad. xmas songs with a twist such as silent night done to the tune of Lucy in the sky, and Rudolph the red nosed reindeer done to the tune of taxman! The backing tunes and vocals are so close to John and George it has now become my fav. xmas carol album, well worth checking out.

I can't imagine how "Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer" could be done to "Taxman". That's enough to drive me batty... Interesting, though.

This sounds exactly like a CD I have, but mine is called "BEATMAS", by a tribute band called Rubber Band. Silent Night is done to Lucy in the Sky, and Rudolph is done to Taxman. To name a few others, Jingle Bell Rock is done to "Please Please Me", and Santa Claus is Coming to Town done to "Eight Days a Week", etc. Is that the same one?
If you like these, check out a couple of other CD's called "The Fab Four Christmas". You can find them at Amazon.com or Ebay.
