Re: Your favourite......
I like them fried, mostly, but no yucky, runny yolks hanging around on my plate. I also like them in omelettes, but there has to be loads of cheese in it.

Re: Your favourite......
I like eggs done any way they can be cooked. Poached are about the best after a night on the town(they're not greasy so they don't upset the stomach anymore than it already is).
My favourite though is to break 2 eggs into a bowl, fill up an egg-shell half with water and add it to the eggs, then add a packet of any flavour of Lipton's Cup-A-Soup, mix it up and fry it like regular scrambled eggs. Very tasty.

Re: Your favourite......
mmm... I like eggs.
My favorite way of eating eggs is this quasi Eggs Benedict you can get at a Breakfast resturaunt in town. It is two english muffins, two slices of tomato, sliced avocado, jack cheese, and poached eggs with hollandaise (I know I must have butchered that spelling) sauce. Yummy!

It's funny you should mention this, Kristin. I use to live on those before I met my gourmet chef ex-hubby. When he saw what eating he was like, . Freaked him out!

Scrambled, deviled, hard-boiled ("Pass the salt, please!"), and in egg salad sandwiches.
BTW, Prelly, are you familiar with Edith Massey's portrayal of the "Egg Lady" in the movie, "Pink Flamingos"??
