Default Have You Any Hobbies?

So, the debate has raged on and on and on what John Lennon wrote on the newspaper reporter's notepad. I've read some people who say he wrote "SEX!" as well as other shocking things but what did he actually write?

After a good bit of doing research myself by watching AHDN in slo-mo, zoomed in frame by frame, Lennon seems to be making a horizontal line, a short vertical line, then another more pronounced vertical line, another horizontal line and a vertical line below it, then a squiggle, then a dot in the area above of the more pronounced vertical line... In a few frames you can see the last 2 1/2 letters, so the T and S are confirmed

So... WHAT did he write?

"TiTS"

Or so I'm sure

I remember seeing a website once upon a time that had an indepth investigation of that scene and the Fool on the Hill scene.

I think it's called Idle Hands a Beatles site, but I would say that due to the subject matter it is not for wee children to see.

Yeah I remember seeing that the first time I saw the DVD at Beatlefest and Martin Lewis (yer fav and mine, i'm sure) explained that. Then when I watched the movie I realized what he wrote

I guess that's just supposed to be a joke made in reference to the extra hand that is walking along behind them in that scene. I think the site also has a reference to George nicking all the jewels at the jeweler's shop.
