Love you, Bob... always have, always will.
P.S. Dig the reggae version of The Man in Me. The Dude approves, too!!

What's the Dylan song that plays during the opening of the movie "The Big Lebowski"? Just heard it on the TV.

Ha ha!
That's one of the best album reviews I've ever read!
In a few words, it tells us everything we need to know and sums up the album perfectly.
Seriously though, hearing the Christmas album was one of the strangest experiences of my existence to date.
It's almost as if he deliberately made the daftest album possible for no other reason than to demonstrate that he can plumb the depths just as surely as he can still scale the heights.
Unlike Self-Portrait though, this album isn't particularly disappointing because I think expectations were never particularly high when the project was first rumoured.
My first reaction to the announcement of his Christmas album was, "Aye, right! He can't be serious."
Then I heard it and I thought, "Right enough, he's just having a laugh."
(The world being what it is, there will be somebody, somewhere who thinks it's the best album ever made!)

I think "To Ramona" is seriously underrated.

I got a copy of "Highway 61 Revisited" at a used record store for $5, and I really like it. What should be the next album i get?

Blonde on Blonde or Bringing It All Back Home, perhaps.

That's maybe my favorite Dylan song ever, you're so right.

Thanks, twovirgins! Feel free to head over to youtube and "like" it, or comment on it.
Btw... if you watch the reflection in my guitar, you'll see my Beatles screen saver slideshow in progress. LOL!
