Arrested Development - Season 1, Episode 11 ("Public Relations"): At the beginning of GOB's Aztec Tomb illusion, "The Continuing Story of Bungalow Bill" is being played.
Freaks and Geeks In episode 12 ("The Garage Door"), Ken says to Amy (who is wearing a marching band uniform): "Hey Sergeant Pepper...where's the rest of the Lonely Hearts Club Band?"
The Mary Tyler Moore Show - In episode 17 of Season 1 ("Just A Lunch" - 1971), Mary eats lunch with a famous news reporter and is asked for her autograph by one of the reporter's fans. After she signs the fan's paper, she says, "I shouldn't have done that." The reporter responds, "What's the harm?", and Mary says, "I didn't want to disappoint him, so I wrote the first thing that came into my mind - Ringo Starr. Mrs. Ringo Starr. I didn't want her to spend the whole afternoon trying to figure out who Mary Richards is."
The Powerpuff Girls - "The Powerpuff Girls episode 'Meet The Beat-Alls' which is reference after reference to The Beatles and a must-see for all Beatles fans. The references are visual, musical and in every last piece of dialogue. It's quite fun to go through it and try to find every last reference."
The Simpsons
-In Season 2, Ringo guest-starred. Marge had a crush on him when she was younger and painted a portrait of him. Mr. Burns recalls the Beatles' "off-key caterwauling on the Ed Sullivan Show."
-In Season 3, Homer sings the Spanish Flea song: "It was a little Spanish flea / a record star they thought he'd be / he'd heard of singers like Beatles / seen the Chipmunks sing on TV / it was a little Spanish flea."
-George guest-starred in Season 5, which featured Homer's old Barbershop Quartet group, "The B Sharps." The B Sharps' album covers imitate the Beatles' album covers. They have a reunion on the roof of Moe's Tavern a la the Beatles' rooftop concert.
-Paul & Linda guest-star in Season 7. Apu says he was the "fifth Be-a-tle" (like in Help!).
-In one episode, Bart is "'freeing' some elderly people from the old folks home, and the moment they make it out the door, the whole 'Can't Buy Me Love' scene from A Hard Day's Night is imitated, music, frolicking and all." (thanks, Senki!)
-"Homer goes to the ophthalmologist and the doctor shows him a style of glasses and says that those are very popular amongst celebrities like Val Kilmer (Homer says "Oooh, my favourite Door"), and Yoko Ono (Homer says "Ew, she ruined the Plastic Ono Band!") (thanks, Susana!)
-In the episode "The Simpsons Behind the Laughter": "There was a scene that showed a group of girls watching TV and screaming insanely to what was being shown, and we could hear Twist And Shout on the TV. Then they show the TV screen and it's actually Bart riding his skateboard! Afterwards we see the girls are in the 'Hysteria Wing' of some hospital, and a group of doctors comes with hoses and violently sprays them as if the groupies were rioters." (thanks, Susana!)
-"Bart and Milhouse go to Flanders' cellar accidentally, and basically the cellar is a Beatles sanctuary with tons of Beatles memorabilia. Then Ned catches them and, since the kids were so surprised, Ned explains that he's a huge Beatles fan and that back in the 60's they were 'bigger than Jesus.'" (thanks, Susana!)
The Wonder Years
-The title song is Joe Cocker's cover of "With A Little Help From My Friends"
-Kevin has the posters from the White Album hanging on his wall.
-The mini Paul-poster from the White Album is hanging in Kevin's locker in junior high.
-In episode 33 ("Rock 'n Roll") of the 1st season (1988), Kevin joins a band after having seen the Beatles on the Ed Sullivan Show.
I've seen some references in Grey's Anatomy: There's a few episodes named after Beatle's songs like 'A Hard Day's Night', 'Let it be', 'Yesterday', 'Here Comes the Flood', 'Give Peace a Chance' and there's an allusion to 'Eleanor Rigby' in an episode: 'Forty years ago The Beatles asked the world a simple question. They wanted to know where all the lonely people came from. My latest theory is that a great many of the lonely people come from hospitals.
I've also seen in Quantum Leap some allusions: In the episode 'Blind Faith' (which is set in 7th February 1964) you can see The Beatles coming out of an hotel and a big crowd of fans waiting to see them (a fan waves a "I want to hold your hand" sign). In that episode they refer to the Beatles a few times.
In another episode you can see a poster on one of the character's room and there's another one where the main character, Sam, sings 'Imagine' to his sister and they talk about the Beatles.
Oh! and in a Friends episode they refer to the Beatles haircut.
On a 1988 version of that maudlin Our House, which featured a teen Shannen Doherty, there is an episode entitled "The Fifth Beatle." (The basset hound was the most appealing one on the show).

A cable show about flightmares and other challenges in booking flights, a Beatles' cover band en route to Houston was featured on an episode called "A Hard Day's Flight."

On Our House, aired 3/13/1988, in the episode labeled "The Fifth Beatle," Chad Allen, then 14 says, "Remeber that guy who quit the Beatles? Everybody knows John, Paul, George & Ringo, but nobody remembers that 5th guy. Think of how he feels, being that close to fame."
Pete did not QUIT the group; he was sacked. People know who he was and the poor guy was seriously depressed during the Beatles' heyday.

I'm not sure if this will even count but my friend and I were watching something on YouTube yesterday called Dragonball Z Abridged (basically they take anime's Dragonball Z series episodes, shorten them and re-voice them using a much funnier script). One of the episodes had a scene where the characters went something like this:
"Now there are 4 of us, just like the Beatles"
"Wait a minute, there's 5 of us. Hey-"
"Just like the Beatles!"
"But-"
"Like the Beatles, man!!"
(I dont know the show well enough to know anyone's name)

In the later books of the Alice series her older brother has two roommates named Paul and George. Paul is described as somewhat attractive and George is said to have dark hair. When George gets married Paul is his best man. I'm not sure that's entirely coincedental!

From the ever-reliable Cute Overload: a Japanese TV show featuring adorable kittens climbing into earthenware bowls...to the strains of a cover version of Obladi Oblada!
I went to see 'Rango' (all my siblings call it Ringo x3).
I dunno if this is really true... but he gave a girl an autograph, and he put a star under it, Rango Star xD
Plus, Ringo wanted to be a cowboy, and Rango was xD

On 'Lie to Me' (my favourite show at the moment)
One of my favourite characters- they had four suspects that were very close to each other, said-
"So John, Paul, George, and Ringo have a secret?"
And they keep calling this one guy Paul. =D
Being my favourite show, I was pretty happy n_n

Although the Beatles are never mentioned on this May 8, 1996 episode of Beverly Hills, 90210, the title of the episode is "Ticket to Ride."
On May 22, 1996 that same show had a 2-part episode entitled "You Say It's Your Birthday."
On November 22, 1984, Family Ties (1982-89) had an episode titled "The Lost Weekend."
On "Our House," the March 13, 1988 episode was entitled "The Fifth Beatle." Chad Allen, who plays middle child David Witherspoon is in a middle school cover band and says, "Remember the 5th Beatle? Everybody remembers John, Paul, George & Ringo, but not that guy Ringo replaced." I disagree -who is not familiar with Pete Best?
Still, the Beatles cross all barriers and generations!
