George - Excellent guitar playing and song writing.
John - Brilliant quick wit and humour.
Paul - Just seems a great bloke to be friends with.
Ringo - Bizarre sense of humour.

Re: we love you, yeh, yeh, yeh
Hmmmm very tough topic.
All music aside....
George: Fantastic thick hair and that sexy slow way of talking
John: The way he looks in those pictures where he's wearing shades
Paul: When he winks and when he puts his head on one side with his eyes all looking up
Ringo: Those baby blues.

Re: we love you, yeh, yeh, yeh
George: his calm and cool attitude
John: the inflection he put in his songs
Paul: His expressive face
Ringo: the Pied Piper in him (ie I think every kid loved Ringo when they were little)

Re: we love you, yeh, yeh, yeh
John! His earthy sex appeal, his quirky humor, his flair for natural expression, his brilliance, his music and most of all because he never compromised his standards and remained true to himself.
Paul! He always seemed such a gentleman with a genteel sex appeal and he was such a gifted musician. NOBODY could do ballads better than Paul McCartney! He has a real social conscience, is a family man and I think he is a sincere person and a nice person.
George: Excellent guitarist and brought some Eastern influence into rock. His post Beatle videos are outstanding.
Ringo: Adorable! Had the best haircut in creation! Ringo had the most lovable face, eyes and expression. He was also a darn good drummer. Ringo was fun. Ringo showed a fun side of life and his music also reflects that. When I was little, I adored Ringo.

Re: we love you, yeh, yeh, yeh
Music and philosophy aside, I would like to comment on their personalities.
John - unpretentious himself and so able to strip people or situations of any pretentiousness, often in a very humorous way.
Paul - so successfully able to be perennially liked and popular.
George - his great need for privacy and a normal life and ordinary people.
Ringo - enjoys and uses the life that being a Beatle gave him.

Re: we love you, yeh, yeh, yeh
I'm not even gonna TRY to get deep here...
John: his intelligence, brilliance and wit (I think a man with brains is very sexy!)
Paul: his way with a melody (I think he wrote some of the most beautiful ones around!)
George: AWESOME guitarist!
Ringo: Gosh, I just LOVE Ringo...who wouldn't! I love him just for being RINGO, you know? A great drummer, a nice guy, and just all around lovable!

Re: we love you, yeh, yeh, yeh
Can't argue with logic -- agree with HMVNipper's post. John's brilliance always appealed to me and Paul was a wonder worker with melodies. George was a gifted guitarist and nobody was more lovable than Ringo! (He also could do the best hair toss. I LOVE the way Ringo could do that)!

Re: we love you, yeh, yeh, yeh
Out of the music field:
John: He was the light of a whole generation. He wanted to change the world. And, without using any guns, he did it.
Paul: His capacity of keeping a healthy marriage and a beautiful family, showing that those things and an artistic life can be simultaneous.
George: His spirituality and deepness in his thinkings, along with his amazing and unique sense of humour, which makes him one of the most interesting people to meet.
Ringo: His sense of humour, and friendly character. He's a gentleman, and I think he can make everyone beside him feel as if he was at home.
Musically:
John: The greatest lyricist that ever existed.
Paul: The greatest bassist that ever existed, and one of the most talented multi-instrumentist in the history of popular music. Great voice.
George: Great lyrics, the greatest creator of bridges into a song, the greatest slide guitarist in the history of music, a wonderful voice... He's got everything, musically speaking.
Ringo: His tum-tums and drumming could be recognized anytime. Also a great voice.
I'm done.

Re: we love you, yeh, yeh, yeh
Yeah, DarkHorse, you said it perfectly. I respect Paul McCartney for being part of a loving union that produced healthy, good, well nutured children. The deep love and respect he had for Linda and now Heather reflects well on him and speaks to his good character. I respect that. He has shown a maturity and a stability and a love for family that is heartwarming.
Hats off to Paul McCartney!
