Hi New member saying Hello, Hello
Hi Guy’s and Girls just thought I would introduce myself. My names is Steve I have been interested in The Beatles since I was 15 it all started when my Mum took me to see a Macca gig in 1990, I have never looked back since.
I started to collect many items of Beatles and related stuff, this lasted about 5 years, then got married kids etc so had to spend the money else were.
In 2003 when I was 30 my wife bought me my first full set of Beatles autographs something I had always wanted but for some unknown reason never got a set in the early 90’s when they could be picked up for around £400 so as you can imagine I had to pay a premium for them (well she did). Since then I have manly focused on collecting Beatles and solo signed material and have amassed quite a collection more so in the last 12 months. During the last 12 months I have studied and researched a great deal of information on Beatles, Aspinall signatures and the countless fakes and forgeries on the market today, I have collected examples of authentic Beatles signatures form all stages in there career and now have a massive archive spanning decades.
I don’t confess to be an expert not the next Caiazzo or Tracks but am more than happy to offer my opinion and help to anyone who may want it.
Anyway enough of that stumbled across this forum while searching for Beatles autographs surprise surprise! And it looks FAB hope I can make a valuable and worthwhile contribution thanks for reading.
