This is what I got yesterday, my first tattoo!
It's a little different then my original idea, but I think it fits my personality better!
I think the image kind of symbolicly says "blackbird fly, into the light of a dark black night" because the bird is flying into the pretty swirls of black that could easily have been something dark and sinister... lol, maybe a bit of a stretch but that's what I like to think it's representing :)

Oooh wow I like it! A very different and original design. The writing is so pretty.
I hope you enjoy having it!

Hi everybody, i'm french so my english is shit. I would like to make a tattoo on the inside of the arm (biceps), with a musical staff and instead of the musical note, i'll write the lyrics from across the universe "nothing's gonna change my world" but i translate this in catalan, because it's my roots. So it will be "res canviarŕ el meu món" (and in french is "rien ne changera mon monde") . The "D key" and the writing will be very sinuous and twisted. I need your help to tell me what can i do more to make it original and pretty. Thank you
PS: i'm a girl

"John" - by Ringo Starr
"The Beatles" - by John Lennon

Is there anyway anyone can send these pictures to me? I have searched for them all over and can only find "George" - by Paul McCartney and "Ringo" - by John Lennon. I would really like to see what "Paul" - by George Harrison and "John" - by Ringo Starr look like... thanks.

I got one.
When I was 16 my ex-friend gave me a tattoo on my ankle that says JL, I liked having something that people had to guess the meaning of.
I've had some ask if it's the sign for Pi, and one girl in high school asked if I loved Jennifer Lopez...I laughed and said "yes, I loved 'Selena' that much, I also love her ass." Then told her what it really meant and she said the same old thing, "Oh tha guy who wuh shot, right?"
It's a crappy little "jailhouse" tattoo that I love because of what it represents, though I've wanted to get redone for ages even more so now cause the hosebag that put on there stole my identity few months back. Yeah.
So to all the Beatle tattoo-less out there make sure you love what your getting etched onto your skin, and if you have a friend do it instead of a pro (prolly best option in any case) make sure that your friend is not a hosebag.
Still love JL

Ringo gave John the Graves nose, the one Ringo himself inherited.
Ever notice that when people do caricatures of the Beatles, the emphasis is on the following:
John: head and/or glasses
Paul: eyes
George: thick profusion of wavy hair
Ringo: the nose

i already have 3 tattoos and absolutely love em.. I am considering getting a tattoo of a bleeding strawberry from strawberry fields forever on my foot, and i also wanted to get the quote "the movement needed is on your shoulder across the top of my back. Something i'll never regret it. the beatles is much more than a band to me, they represent my childhood and my love for music.

There was a gal at the Nashville show that had a Hofner bass tat on her back that Paul allowed up on stage to sign it. Cool moment.
