There's two versions of the song. We have the original studio version featuring Clapton's electrifying solo, and we have the acoustic demo.

Personally I love the acoustic demo. John and Paul both had solo acoustic numbers on the White Album (Julia and Blackbird respectively) and I kinda wish George had used this song like that. I can just get lost in it, it's so haunting!
