Since this date is again upon us, I have got to thinking about a couple of things.
I thought that maybe this was the better place to post this since I don't want to offend anyone in the main forum area or whatever.
The Afterlife - what do ya reckon?
Is George jamming with John? Are the pair of them chilling out with Stu? Are they catching up on all the latest from Neil? Are they talking about the good times with Brian?
Will I ever get to see my pets that have passed away over the "rainbow bridge" where our animals are meant to go? I really hope so because it would not be heaven for me without them.
Do you have a pact with anyone you love that should you pass away before them, you will try to make yourself known if you can visit from beyond??
Your comments/thoughts/statements please.

Hi, Lucy . . .
I can't really imagine what might be going on in the afterlife. Robby and George share a death-a-versery, so from time to time I have kind of wondered if our son welcomed him. Heaven's fairly populated, and while I don't think we're going to automatically become all-knowledgable, I do think we'll have work to do there. I wonder, sometimes, if heaven's going to be like CS Lewis portrayed in The Last Battle, book 7 of The Narnia Chronicles. If so, looks like we'd "wake up", as it were, in familiar surroundings, finding all of our dear loved ones around us. Thinking about the afterlife is a bit intimidating sometimes . . . |

Yeah it is a bit intimidating, for sure. I don't think about it too much really....well I do but not like "I wonder what it will be like for me" but more "that person is at peace now". I believe that there is at the very least total peace and no pain or anything once life as we know it is over.
Waking up in fmailiar surroundings with all of our loved ones around us would be nice. But anyway. This life is pretty nice too! |

With the recent death of Bettie Page, who is Bob's ULTIMATE woman, my first thought was, awww he can hang out with her until I get there.
My second thought was HEYWAITAMINUTE! (if you don't know who she is, don't google her at work) LOL!! |
