Anyway, I had a little time at work today while I was backing up the network, so I thought I'd do a bit of shuffling. So away we go:
"Blue Jay Way" - Beatles
I've always thought of this song as...

Part 5 time.
Wild World (live) by Jimmy Cliff
Jimmy Cliff is probably my favorite reggae artist. It’s mostly because he incorporates so many different styles into his version of reggae. That argument that all reggae songs sound alike that I often hear go right out the window with Jimmy Cliff. This is a nice smooth yet hopping version of Cat Steven’s song.

(Added some YouTube links for the curious.)
I haven’t blogificated in a while, or is it bloggerated? Either way, the blog has been quiet lately. How about a shuffle part 3? The iPod’s been on shuffle for a while now, so I’ll put it to use. Here we go…starting…NOW:
In Love by Fear Of Pop – the remix by Thievery Corporation on their Versions LP
I was first introduced to Thievery Corporation from the soundtrack to Garden State, which Digmom owns. Then I later came across them on a Putumayo African collection. I thought...

Well, I don’t really feel like doing dishes right now, so why not do a little shuffling instead. Here’s part two of the giggling, excuse me, shuffling.
Opihi Man by Ka’ua Crater Boys on Putumayo Presents Swing Around the World
Hawaiian swing. Does it get any better? This is another of my Public Library finds. A great little collection of swing tunes, mostly from the U.S. with bands like Squirrel Nut Zippers. The really neat tracks on this collection are the African...
