I believe she is the girl that he drew the picture for. Is their a picture of her anywhere? Or any information on her? Thanks

Yup, that's her. There's actually a nice write-up about her (with a couple pictures) in the book A Hard Day's Write in the segment about the song. She attended preschool with Julian and said "from what I remember, we were a couple of little menaces together." I think she's married with kids of her own now, and she works with special-needs children.
