During the Anthology sessions, George, Paul and Ringo worked on a track called Now And Then, which was not completed or released.
I picked up a demo of a John song called Now and Then, from Audiogalaxy, which is a rough demo, John on piano, sound is not 100% cause it looks like someone's shaving electric.
Yet, is that the basic track they worked from, a John demo like the other two?

Now And Then (aka Miss You)
The fourth John Lennon home demo, after Free As A Bird, Real Love and Grow Old With Me, to have been enhanced by the surviving Beatles, although it is not clear whether this enhancement was completed.
Recorded 1977-1980 at the Dakota, New York City + February 1995, The Mill Studio, Pilton, Sussex.

I've had a demo of that one for a long time, before the Anthology project, don't know if the same one you found but it sounds like it (electric shaver).

I think there is some mentioning of what George, Paul and Ringo did with the track, in books, so will look for that to add here.
