One of John's Drinks: Brandy Alexanders

Hey, here's a thought. Has anyone ever tried, John's (and Harry Nilsson's) drink the Brandy Alexander? I tried it on my 21st birthday. Didn't drink the whole thing though...you can really taste the alcohol in *that* one. I'm not a big drinker, but I decided to give that one a try. I love Brandy Alexander's. They are pretty sweet, so I get a headache if I drink too many sweet drinks in a row.

Yeah I must say that I quite like them too. I work in a bar and they seem to be rather popular!
I get told by my friends that it is an "old person's drink" when I decide that I feel like one and announce it. They say the same when I reach for a scotch and coke...
What can I say?? Obviously I can't help it if I have the same taste in drinks as The Beatles!

If you like Brandy Alexanders, have one made with vanilla ice cream instead of cream. Makes it seem a bit like a milk shake.
