my girlfriend went there last year on my behalf and has some HILARIOUS pics from it. just a bunch of middle-aged drunk old hippies freaking out over a fake John Lennon with a southern accent. then again, she got there kinda late.

lots of bad secondary beatle merchendise as well. i asked her to buy me like a 45 or an authentic button...but all she saw was tables of un-authentic stuff. but, maybe she didnt' know waht to look for.

still, i think i'll go this year images/icons/smile.gif

I went last year too! Only for a couple hours on Saturday afternoon, though. I mainly just went to see British Export. What made it doubly fab was that Beatlefest was the weekend after so there were two beatle weekends in a row for me. images/icons/smile.gif I hope I'll be able to go for a longer time this year. There are bands that are coming that i'd like to hear.
