The Mersey Beat music newspaper that served as hometown chronicle for the Beatles' rise to fame is moving to cyberspace. Bill Harry, founder and editor of the paper, tells us the Mersey Beat site can be previewed at http://www.triumphpc.com/mersey-beat. The site in development now has a Beatle section and archives and plans to include a chat room, Mersey Beat history and a news page.
