McCartneys 'in Seychelles for their honeymoon'
Paul McCartney and Heather Mills are reported to be honeymooning in the Seychelles.
The state-run radio station says the former Beatle and his new bride are staying on one of the Indian Ocean archipelago's private islands.
The couple's exact location has not been disclosed, but there are more than a dozen privately-owned islands with luxury homes in the area.
The McCartneys flew in from Belfast on Thursday following their lavish wedding at Castle Leslie, the Seychelles Broadcasting Corporation reports.
The most exclusive and private resort in the Seychelles is on Fregate Island, a wild, tropical island that has been described as a "Swiss Family Robinson Win the Lottery" holiday experience.
The island is popular with celebrities because it is extremely difficult to reach and is surrounded by dangerous rocks, reefs and seas that keep uninvited boats well away.
Tour operators and hotel staff in the Seychelles are also famous for their discretion, and none would confirm or deny that the McCartneys were in the country.
Former Beatle George Harrison and British actor Peter Sellers once owned an estate on the Seychelles, Mahe, but the land was seized by the government in the 1970s.
In recent years, British Prime Minister Tony Blair has visited the Seychelles twice with his family and stayed on the island of La Digue.
