From Abbeyrd's site w/ Beatles After the Break-up author Keith Badman:

As for the latest on 'Let It Be', well the finished/ remastered version of the film (taken directly from the 16mm prints instead of the blown-up 35mm versions we all have) has been ready for release since around 1993. The clips in the Anthology documentary series give us an example of how superb this new version is. (Apple still have a large percentage of the numerous outtakes from the film, so DVD bonus features are a distinct/ exciting possiblity.) I could be wrong, but, I don't think an exact date has been pencilled in for the film's release. (Of course, Olivia and Dhani now have to be consulted about the release and George openly announced many times how he hated the film.)

Also, Ringo has spoken about a release of the original "Get Back" album and I suspect this may appear at the same time as the Let It Be film. What we do know is that whatever appears will be superb... Before that film appears, I think we'll see the new releases of "A Hard Day's Night," "Help!" and "MMT" and, of course, the "Anthology" series on DVD."
