I don't know about 'Kat, but a lot of cable systems have channel sharing....like, you get VH1 from 3pm to 3am and say, Lifetime from 3am to 3pm. Thank god my system doesn't do that anymore, but a lot of them still do. Maybe it's something like that?

I want my VH1 too, damnit!! I do get VH1 Classic, and VH1 Country. However, we don't get the regular VH1 in this part of town because the cable company hasn't upgraded the system, in the neighborhood where I live at this point. I've been waiting for them to do so for the last three years, but still, no VH1. At the same time, there are people who live a mile away from me, and they do get VH1. Go figure!! At this rate, they'll probably upgrade the cable system a week after I switch to satellite. http://www.beatlelinks.net/ubb/smilies/angry2.gif

Our local cable company doesn't even carry VH1. They do have MTV and about half a dozen country music stations to choose from, but no VH1.
