View Full Version : Mick Dumps Jacko for Paul

MICHAEL Jackson and Paul McCartney, who don't get along, are organizing rival benefits for World Trade Center victims - and Mick Jagger got caught in the middle. The Rolling Stone was set to perform Oct. 21 in the "United We Stand" concert at RFK Stadium in Washington along with *NSYNC, Britney Spears, and the Backstreet Boys. But then Jagger learned Jackson had joined the line-up to sing his "What More Can I Give?" and that the event's name had been changed to "United We Stand What More Can I Give." Jackson is recording the anthem the day before, and has a deal with McDonald's to sell the single at the fast-food outlets for $2.99. Jagger, who was part of the United We Stand show as of Oct. 9, hadn't planned on being an opening act for Wacko Jacko. He bowed out and joined Jacko-hater McCartney's benefit, organized by Miramax Films and VH-1, set for the day before at Madison Square Garden. McCartney has disliked Jackson ever since the self-styled King of Pop outmaneuvered him to buy all the Beatles' songs.

It was a very strange combination anyway that Mick got himself into.

Is that true about the relation between miss Jackson and Paul? Hate?

Well, regardless of Mick's reasons, he is a better fit with the New York concert than the Jackson one. That could just be my bias speaking though.

Angelle, who got her cable hooked up this past weekend just so she could see the concert on VH1

RuPaul's better looking than Jacko!

Boy, I'm glad Mick decided to come to the "right" concert!! Can you imagine him in the OTHER company...not just Wacko Jacko, but Britney and N'Sync and the Backstreet Boys? He belongs with Paul's crew, not those losers!!

Addendum:

Spears, the Backside Boys, N'Stink and others of their ilk are musicians like Dr. Kildare was really a doctor. They are to music what Dr. Kildare was to medicine.

As for Michael Jackass, I'd like to pelt him with every darn flaming pie on the truck. Trust me, I'd never miss with him as my target.

Well I think hate is a bit of a strong word, but Paul's been quoted as saying that Michael probably thot it was "just business," but uh-uh.

Anyway, Michael has another thing going against him since we all know about Paul's PROFOUND DISDAIN for the golden arches chain!!

Rupaul is a man that dresses like a woman. That's all I really know about him/her.

RuPaul is a scream! He used to have a talk show in the late 1990s and his show was actually good. He is openly gay and he also likes to cross dress. He is very comfortable with himself and he is very funny.

A few years ago, RuPaul wrote his autobiography. The youngest of 4 children and the only boy, RuPaul describes the bond he had with his sisters and their daily challenges with their violently mentally ill mother. RuPaul found a network of support among his sisters; they all accepted their brother and cheered his successes in recent years.

As for Michael Jackass, he makes a dead donkey look sexy. There is absolutely NOTHING sexy about that character! Throw a flaming pie at Whacko Jacko!

Let's not forget that the celebrated Mr. Jackson settled out of court on child molestation charges. Not only is he on Paul's sh*t-list, he made mine as well.
I saw Sir Elton on VH-1 doing an interview and he said Michael's new video was "disgusting" and that Michael should "wake up, it's a new century".That made me laugh out loud!!!

StPaulyGirl,

Cheers to what you just said. I think Whacko Jacko is disgusting. A few years ago, he did this REVOLTING video where he danced on a Chevrolet and masturbated while some men smashed the car into a totalled loss. Right after that sick video was shown, the news pundits made their wise cracks about Michael Jackass and declared that 4 minutes of the video would be cut because of the masturbation and car destruction scene ("linking sex with violence" was how they put it at the time).

I also didn't like the HIStory video where he had a Stalin like statue of himself. "Scream" was just plain stupid. Michael and Janet Jackass dress like robotic monsters, scream and break glass. http://www.beatlelinks.net/ubb/smilies/thumbsdown.gif

As for the molestation charges, I would not put such a sick thing past Michael Jackass. I feel sorry for his two kids and their poor mother. I don't know what that poor woman saw in this twisted creep.

All right. I admit it. I didn't like the J5 as a child, the Jacksons as a teen and I don't like Michael Jackass as an adult. I think he's sick and sickening. In recent years, he riled Sir Paul by not returning the latter's calls and by not even trying to reach an agreement in regard to the ownership rights of the former Beatle's music.

Michael Jackson is a toilet with a mouth. http://www.beatlelinks.net/ubb/smilies/barf2.gif

I liked the J5, but miss Jackson I believe has not been able to live with the status which I may say is a pity for him, but trying to become white when you're not, why?

And I am not even going into the other details about his supposed sexual preferences. That is gossip and/or not of my interest.

I agree. We're here to discuss the Beatles, not MJ. Time to close this thread.
