They are a rock band, but not the kind of band that has to shout about everything if you know what I mean. They do a very nice soft rock. My fave STP song is "Lady Picture Show", for instance, which is very Beatle-y if you pay attention to it. http://www.beatlelinks.net/ubb/smilies/images/icons/smile.gif
