This is from the Mirror, I'm doubting this is true, but if it is !
JUNE 2001 Macca to marry Heather at church where daughter wed; Honeymoon on Mull of Kintyre and Jamaican paradise
SIR Paul McCartney is to marry his lover Heather Mills in a romantic summer wedding, the Sunday People can reveal today.
Macca, 58, and beautiful model Heather, 33, will tie the knot in June at the same church where his daughter Mary got wed 18 months ago.
Former Beatles George Harrison and Ringo Starr will be among the guests at the lavish ceremony.
Macca - who had a huge hit with Love Me Do - and Heather will then fly off on honeymoon to the beautiful Mull of Kintyre before going on to a romantic retreat on the paradise island of Jamaica.
A close friend of the couple said last night: "They are both really happy and excited about the wedding. To say they are in love would be an understatement. They want to be together for the rest of lives - and this ceremony will be the proof of their love."
Heather - who lost a leg after being hit by a police motorbike eight years ago - spilled the beans about the hush-hush wedding at a charity bash last month.
Officials from one of her favourite charities asked her to make a personal appearance in the very week she will be on honeymoon with Macca.
With a beaming smile she blurted out her secret, explaining: "I'm afraid I'll be rather tied up then - just wait for the announcement."
The couple publicly declared their love for each other on Carol Vorderman's Stars and their Lives. Macca said: "I've got romance back in my life. I love her and I get a lot of pleasure from that."
Heather added: "He's the most romantic man I've ever met. I always had a dream of a knight in shinning armour."
Macca - whose beloved wife Linda died of cancer in April 1998 - fell for Heather after meeting her at an awards ceremony for her charity, the Heather Mills Trust, early last year. Both their families are delighted that the couple are getting married. The ceremony will take place at St Peter and St Paul's church in Peasmarsh, East Sussex - near Macca's 160-acre farm in Rye.
It is the same rustic, intimate church where his daughter Mary, 31, married TV producer Alistair Donald 18 months ago.
Macca is said to want a big showbizzy event with lots of star guests and a grand reception.
The couple will then go away for two days to the Mull of Kintyre - the Scottish beauty spot where Macca and Linda were so happy and which he immortalised in song. The rest of the honeymoon will be spent in the idyllic Spring Cottage retreat in Jamaica.
Heather had hoped to make the wedding announcement on her birthday on January 12. But Macca asked her to wait until all the arrangements had been made.
Their friend said last night: "When Paul proposed, Heather was over the moon and wanted to tell the world. But he insisted that they keep everything quiet. He wants to make sure the day is perfect in every way. They have talked long hard about this and decided now is the right time to show the world their love.
"From the start Heather knew she could never replace Linda and didn't want to. She is her own person and brings different things to their relationship.
"She has made Paul happy again. Their relationship has really grown over the past year.
"Now, like any other loving couple, they want to make things permanent and get married."
