Does anyone know if the top selling book and top selling album have ever been simultaneously credited to the same person/group?

With Anthology topping the book charts while 1 tops the record charts, I believe The Boys have another unique achivement.

The only Madonna I perfer is "Lady Madonna", a great song. The Beatles were always setting new records ever time they release something new.
