Hey everyone....I was watching VH1 last night and there was this video from that new movie...Moulin Rouge...something like that...anyway..Nicole Kidman and Ewen McGregor they sing a medley of Love songs while acting out an intriging scene...the coolest thing is that they sing at least 2 Beatle's songs and 1 of Paul's.
I was just wondering if anyone else had seen it. The first time I saw it I wasn't sure if I liked the video, but last night I realized I like it a lot! (Ewen Mcgregor is such a cutie...especially when he's begging...he he he) http://www.beatlelinks.net/ubb/smilies/dance.gif

Paul's was "Silly Love Songs"
And I believe one of the others was "All You Need is Love" I can't remember the other one for sure...it was like at 3:00 in the morning....sometimes my brain functions at that hour and then sometimes not.

I saw Moulin Rouge, Ewen McGregor has a nice voice. I think All you need is love was the only other Beatle song here's the songs besides the ones you mentioned that I remember
Smells like Teen Spirit-Nirvana
Diamonds are a girls best friend- Marylin Monroe
Your Song-Elton John
Love lift us up where we belong-Somebody
Roxanne- The Police

There are some more but I can't remember them now. I thought the involvement of the different songs was neat and I kinda made a weird piggy squeal when I heard the Beatles and Paul McCartney ( much to my embarassment, my friends started laughing at me)

------------------
" Are you a mod or a rocker?"
" No I'm a mocker."

" Go to the window... Go to the window."

"Oh won't you please, please help me!"-Fred

"I'm not dead yet."

"What's brown and sounds like a bell?"
"Dunnng"

The bull dogs attacked whoever does that atrocious "Who Let the Dogs Out?" That atrocious monstrosity is torture for the hearing. I'd rather hear jackhammers and construction equipment.

I heard that bloody song everywhere I went since it was the big Ravens thing around Superbowl time. I've come to the conclusion that there are subliminal messages in that song telling people to kill, because everytime I heard that song I had an intense urge to do such a thing until I heard something more pallateable (sp?) to the ears.
